How far in advance do I need to book?

For most events, we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance.

How many people does the venue accommodate?

The venue accommodates approximately 100 guests.

For how long can we have the venue?

It depends on the type of booking. For lunch and conference bookings, you will have access to the venue until approximately 4:30 PM. For dinner bookings, the venue is available until 1:00 AM. For private events, it is possible to extend opening hours until 3:00 AM.

Can I book entertainment for my event?

We do not arrange entertainment bookings ourselves, but if you choose to book entertainment independently, you are more than welcome to include it as part of your event.

Is it possible to adapt the menu for allergies or special dietary requirements?

Of course. We can accommodate all types of allergies and other dietary requirements, and will tailor the menu accordingly.

Christmas Buffet in the Event Venue

During the Christmas season, Frans serves a Christmas buffet for groups of 20 people or more in the event venue. Groups of 60 or more can have the venue entirely to themselves.
