Frans Fest & Event is our event venue in the very heart of Uppsala, with its own entrance from the alley behind the restaurant. A flexible venue accommodating up to 100 guests, it’s perfect for conferences, meetings, and corporate events of all sizes.

We offer ready-made packages for conferences, parties, and events — or venue rental only if you prefer to organize the rest yourselves.
All prices exclude VAT.
Day Conference — 540 SEK/person
Venue rental, water, and fruit platters are included. Hearty morning coffee, lunch main course with salad, sourdough bread, butter, beverage and coffee, as well as afternoon coffee with pastries.
Party & Event — 295 SEK/person
Venue rental, a glass of sparkling wine, and three canapés. Bar service is available.
Venue Only — 8,500 SEK
Rent the venue without food. Bringing your own food is not permitted.

Absolutely, it is perfectly possible to combine a day conference with dinner.
Yes, you can absolutely book a half-day conference with us.
